accounting, controller, and fractional CFO support.
Douglas Kohn leads the firm’s fractional CFO engagements and financial
strategy, bringing over 15 years of experience across tech companies,
healthcare, and complex real estate environments — including property
management and construction.​

His background combines CPA-level technical expertise with MBA-level
strategic perspective — a combination that is not typical in fractional CFO roles.
This allows him to approach financial leadership with both precision and
context: ensuring that financial data is accurate, controlled, and reliable, while also supporting informed business decisions.
With a foundation in accounting, reporting, and financial controls, he ensures
that underlying financials are structured correctly. At the same time, his broader business training enables him to guide planning, evaluate performance, and support decisions around growth, operations, and capital allocation.​

Anna Kohn, Managing Partner

Anna Kohn is the Managing Partner at SoFla Prime Consulting,
overseeing the firm’s operations, client experience, and overall service
structure.
She brings a strong financial foundation, with academic training from
the London School of Economics and Columbia University in New York,
combined with professional experience at global organizations including
Microsoft and S&P, as well as building and operating her own businesses.
At SoFla Prime Consulting, Anna focuses on the strategic and operational direction of the firm — ensuring that each client engagement is structured, coordinated, and delivered with consistency across the team.
Working closely with the firm’s leadership, she plays a key role in aligning financial execution with broader business objectives, supporting a scalable and well-managed financial function across all engagements.
